The reputation and the success of Client Flame rests on making you happy with your purchase. We value our relationship with you and offer full refunds if you are not happy with your purchase.

14-Day Return Period: Unless you have a separate agreement with Client Flame, or except as provided below, refunds may be made if requested and approved by Client Flame within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase on the invoice for a refund or credit of the purchase price paid. After the 14-Day period, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. We encourage our customers to try the product (or service) in the first 14 days after their purchase to ensure it meets your needs.

Products like [NON-RETURNABLE PRODUCTS] are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.

Note that your refund or credit may be reduced by the cost of shipping and handling fees and any applicable restocking fees. Any products returned to Client Flame without prior authorization from Client Flame will be considered an unauthorized return, and you will not receive a refund or credit for the product and Client Flame will not ship the product back to you.

All approved returns must be received by Client Flame within 3 calendar days of the return approval date, otherwise, the amount of the refund or credit may be reduced or eliminated.

If your request is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within 14 calendar days.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
